Studio Policies 2026

Children

While we love to be a child friendly space, the studio can be a very dangerous place for curious tiny humans. Please ensure your children have a distraction for when they visit with you or are of an age when they know they can't touch our tools.

For treatments where a parent or guardian would be unable to immediately respond to their child (including longer beauty treatments and all tattoo appointments), children must not attend. During tattoo appointments, clients are required to be in the tattoo room alone and the door will remain closed for hygiene and safety reasons. We are therefore unable to accommodate children at tattoo appointments under any circumstances. If suitable childcare cannot be arranged, please reschedule your appointment.

We pride ourselves on our confidentiality, ensuring you have a safe space to vent and feel relaxed.

This works both ways - we hope anything you hear or see with us or another client while visiting stays private.

Conversations shared on the podcast are general discussions or personal experiences and are never linked to identifiable clients. We respect the privacy of everyone who visits the studio.

Age Restrictions

• • Some treatments are not available for under 18s
• • Body Waxing: Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult
• • Intimate Waxing: Over 18s ONLY
• • Nail Varnish/Gel Polish: Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult
• • Acrylic/Gel Extensions: Over 16s with parental permission until 18

Tattoo & Piercing

Age Restrictions:

• • PIERCINGS: Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult over 18
• • TATTOOS: Over 18 ONLY

Important: ID may be required. If you fail to provide ID you will not receive a tattoo but will still be charged for your appointment.

You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Flash Tattoos

• • Our 3 for 50 flash sheets are printed on A4 and are roughly 2-3 inches
• • These sizes cannot be changed
• • The sheets are mix and match and the ones that are currently available are on our website
• • Our 3 for 50 offer only includes designs from our current flash sheets
• • Any other designs will be charged at our hourly rate

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations to avoid charges.

Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full.

General Policies

• • We are not insured to remove or infill another salon's work
• • We are open by appointment only
• • By confirming your booking you are agreeing to our studio policy

Health & Safety

• • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before your treatment
• • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we feel it may be unsafe
• • All equipment is sterilised and single-use items are disposed of after each client
• • If you feel unwell on the day of your appointment, please contact us to reschedule. Cancellation policy applies.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• • Late arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled and you will be charged in full. If you still choose to get part of your booking, you will still be charged in full.
• • No-shows: Will be charged the full treatment price
• • Rescheduling: Please give us as much notice as possible for any changes.

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will result in being charged in full as we cannot fill this space.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with GDPR regulations. All personal information is kept confidential and secure. Your data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
